ch.fatty vs gr.ch. baracuda

  1. Caos

    Caos CH Dog

Fatty did well for a while, just like most vs Cuda. Cuda was a very methotical dog. He was so seasoned from OTC that he never worried. He was patient and would take a few to get to his spot. In boxing he would be like Forman in his prime. Eat a few jabs and then come for the haymakers. That was cuda. Once in his spot nothing made it. Cuda would not come out. That is how Fatty show went. Fatty was deep deep game. At the urging of others he was picked up and saved. I thought a bit late but he made it. What is the shame, and this goes for all dogs that lose is this. When a dog loses it gets tainted. No way should a dog that loses to a dog of Cudas caliber be tainted. He proved deep game. If that had been a game test people would have said WOW, if he had gone into less comp he would be a 5 x . Now Cuda has to go down as one of the all time best dogs. Remember this is a dog that went at least 15 otc. In one day he won two. This dog won over huge dogs in those OTc. Then he was sold and matched into what ended up being 3 champions and one of the best anyone ever had in Soldier. So this was a true top 10 of all time dog. So to lose to him is nothing. But still people ignored him after the loss. Remember Ch Big Daddy had beaten badley the legend of the north Ch Red. It was no fluke as some make it seem. He was a clear better dog then Red. When he saw Cuda it was nothing. He got smoked. Soldier was considered the finest they had seen. He was a beast and in that show Cuda showed deep gameness. Forget the lie of hestitation in the corner. He was busted up and could not see. Once he saw soldier he went straight and true. So this as a backdrop we now go to production records.

Fatty has not been bred as much, Why he was viewed as a loser. A shame of the highest order. I hear of some good ones off of him.

Cuda has been bred a lot but only in the last 2 to 3 years. Dogs off him have been superb. When bred tight to mayday the percent of hard mouth dogs went down but very high percent were deep game. When crossed he threw monster mouthed dogs. Now many of them have seen super comp also. Here is a run down. More to come but these are the ones I know about

Ch Chaos. Very hard mouth. Won I think 3 or 4. Lost on Rub into superkennels and bones (the liar, paper hanger, dog thief and has the injectiable rub that uses the deliver chemical for frontline pills to put in dog blood poision in small dose that is increased over months to be non toxic to host but deadly to those that get its blood, I will provide the details on this later)

Terminator Same thing hard mouth but got rubbed

Mellie Won 2 lost on Ch Quit but showed game that most would have picked up. Guys who owned got heat for not picking up earlier.

Mayko Deep game. Won and died after one.

Mulato 2x over a 4x and 3x then lost Ch givign up 5 lbs

cuda boy 2x not sure how bottom side is

Evo owned 2x Not sure how the bottom side is

Big O Inbred 2x monster mouth and wild big 57

Charlie 1x to b day won in 1;38 total package

Lassy Only one of two off of Crazy Alice to be good

Some losers Miss Barracuda LFK lost to Sabatoge with her, a sister to Grunt. Was great but went into better. Showed deep game. Son of Crazy Alice lost to Ch Pop Pop in classic. Shy shy off od mayday x dragon lady lost dg to ch had one one. Jr picked up in draw due to bust but would have lost

There are many others out there. Those are the ones I know. I think you saw a rush to buy and breed to Cuda right after DOY. Then a fade when some lost but now more and more winners so the rush is back. As I understand he is not at Public stud with Southern Kennels. He is being bred but right now not at stud. I heard he threw blanks on last 5 or 6 breedings before he was sold for like 80 g's. Hey more power to you. Fatty is in Calf. Great looking dog.

What is unique to the mayday line is how the temperment of the dogs differs. The Haunch dogs are house pet quality. They can come in the house, be paort of the family and yet still be good for show. Cuda dogs? Wild and intense. Not like Haunch dogs. Lukane dogs more like Cuda Dogs. Lukane is a good example of hot and cold. At first he was bred a ton. Then not many winners. People soured. Then now lots of winners so people are now high on it again. People here is a little lesson for you. Follow this close.

Redboy great dog produced Yellow John great dog who produced Yellow great dog who produced Mayday great dog who produced Cuda, Haunch, Lukane, OSO on and on who will produce great dogs. Great dogs from a lien of great dogs who have produced more then one great dog will always produce a high percent. How do you lower your percent? Breed crap to it. So you back up a sorry female and you get a lower percent. So stud dog owner can hurt himself by not being selective on who he allows his dog to be bred to. Which in turn makes people with quality dogs look to other dogs. So when you see a dog off of a famous dog not do well look to the female, there lies the problem. Sometimes too tight, sometimes too sorry. Another problem is when people get a good well bred dog they often times don't do anything with it as it is too valuable for breeding. So this is true but it also hurts a dogs output. So this all gets tricky But if you read it a few times you will get it. Even after the hard saturday night many of you had, with too many beers and all those cigs in your lungs. So sober up, read it a few times and it will help you. Now if you don't get, neither will your dogs. Which is fine as the game is like the NFL you have dynastys and perenial losers. Same with the dogs The difference is money (players aint' cheap and neither are quality dogs) and knowledge.

Being that the pups that are drop'n now are the ones we feel we will find the reps in, was curious as to how ppl feel about tht line of mayday's stuff. So far I am happy with my pup he has a lot of the mayday x redboy blood in him. He's turning out to be a looker, very smart, very intense. I don't breed but I wouldn't mind owning more dogs bred down from these dogs. I have been very happy thus far. Good luck with your pup.

Wow, never heard of that. If true, should of been "tared, feathered", then left in a ditch.

I've heard that Cuda's camp said that Fatty couldnt last 45 mins with cuda. They put the dogs down. Fatty lasted 45 mins and was picked up and won the money. Fatty's camp won the bet and fatty was picked up b/c there was nothing else to prove.

    Correct me if im wrong.

Correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't most of Barracuda's opponents picked specifically for him so that he would win? I've heard this from a few dogmen before that Cuda's matches were spot picked for him.

a lot of dog men did this back in the day and hell if you think about it it's the smart thing to do but if you really want to see how game the dog was i say go into the best but to be a 9xw they had to do a lot of damn picking and for any dog to win 9 that's something to show respect to no matter what he went into but i seriously doubt they picked the matches just because they "thought" he could win i'm sure at the time they thought he could beat anything in front of him

Not only that, but I doubt they were gamblin peanuts.
A lot of people will take what they believe to be easy money.

I think it was an article someone posted on here about the new comers not being as novice-like as before and it mentioned that in the past, an experienced dogman might pick up a match spur of the moment based on the newcomers experience and it being an easy win and basically easy money... so if that aint cherry pickin idk what is.
