Best redboy line to date

Just wanted some opinions on the best line of redboy to date. I'll start by saying I have liked the Bingo stuff for quite sometime. It seems that the Deacon line in particular has everything I love, and also adds some traits redboy lines have been bashed for. To be more specific, big ups to Pitisland, S the ARAB, and T2A-Kennels for continuously throwing good dogs from a good line!

Agreed! T2AK has some great Redboy dogs. Not sure how many are left w/us. I know alot of them including Snoop, and Steppy are in South Africa now. I would like to learn more about the Elvis line of redboy dog.

Nice screen name. Reminds me of my hometown in Manatee County. Anywho, I agree that the cottingham is great stuff, but don't be mis-led. RICHARDSON'S PEACHES & CREAM was heavy Outlaw. 56 and 1/4 % to be exact. With that said, Bingo to Cream made BAILEY & LOCKE'S TWISTER which was Redboy top, Heavy outlaw bottom w/a nice touch of Jocko. Twister is accountable for 50% of my dogs genetic make up, also known as the equivalent of the sire/dam. I said that to say this, The cottingham dogs evolved from the Medlin blood so....... be weary of word choices

i'm aware c-ham dogs were basically medlin/redboy. i just consider c-ham dogs, a strain of redboy dogs. outlaw was a half brother to redboy (i think.. i let my peds online subscription run out so i can't look to verify it) that makes it close enough for me to feel ok calling them redboy dogs. i don't run the blood myself so i call em redboy dogs. i see where you are coming from though, if i ran the blood i probably wouldn't generalize it so. something like Rusty would be closer to what id like. anyways are you still in FL?

Lol. Just giving you a hard time. I to understood you. But seriously....to me, the Deacon / Hunter Red dogs are only missing the Cottingham name upfront. It's basically the same, and unlike your typical Redboy line, they can really crunch. I am no longer in Fl. Still have lots of buddies there though. PM, me for an exact location. I noticed you said you don't run the redboy.....so what do you run? Just curious. When I first got into dogs, I vowed to stay away from the Redboy line. I'd heard people say you don't have a yard, unless you have some redboy in it. I was going to prove them all wrong, and then I got to thinking....why? I can't say anything bad about the line. I started doing a little research and wanted to go with a good family of redboy dogs. As you can see, I chose the Deacon stuff. I use alot of Jeep also and that's like the best (or atleast one of the best) crosses of all time!

Cottingham blood brings alot to the table. I will consistantly use it in my program.

  16. Drop a little Rascal blood on top of what you have and I'm pretty sure you won't be disappointed. Dogs are like recipes if you haven't dealt with a particular ingredient you will have problems blending them together.
