In all seriousness, the way our law reads he will beat 95% of the charges they are charging him with. He might not be able to beat all the summery offenses but the 4 Felonies and 3 Misdemeanor charges any old bum of a lawyer will beat those charges. This is all because some fucking low life thieving kids were trying to steal a pup out of his yard. They let loose an adult female, instant yard accident with plenty of carnage followed. Neighbors called the cops, the rest is history.

 

It's a witch hunt. Nothing more. Ya'll should see the shit people on FB are saying. It's crazy to think so many people wish him death or life in prison with no due process over some animals, that just like staffy seen on the news coverage, most were in good shape other than the ones involved in the accident.. Most these fools here have no idea what's actually going on but of course they all seem to think they know it all. It sickens me not to respond in his defense since he cant rebuttal anything being in the clink but I don't want anything to do with that shit on FB, or anywhere else for that matter so I just bite my tongue and keep on scrollin.

Murders happening everyday here in Erie, most going unsolved with no leads, no witnesses talking, police brutality, home invasions etc yet no one says shit about that or protests that. Have some shit happen with an animal and these fucking low life scumbags crawl out from under their rocks and are organizing protests for harsh punishment for Swift. Priorities are pretty fucked up here to say the least. Fuck all them fags and I hope he beats every single one of those charges, gets out and finds some of these people making these Internet tough guy comments about him and he beats their asses. I look at people who make these comments pages and not one I've looked at looks like they would have the heart to say any of that shit they spewing online directly to his face. Not 1.

 

Only those that have been run thru the system understand how this shit works. Even to get a shitty lawyer for three felonies is atleast 20K that's not even going to damn trial they will want you to plead out to something cause the lawyer and DA want a fast case on to the next one cha Ching $$$.

 

Yessir. Very correct. Been there done it and it's around a 25,000 to 30,000 dollar date when everything is said and done. Plus they kill your dogs, you most likely will loose your job and everyone you know will look at you some type of way for years. Some never get over it. That's my homeboy and I hope he comes out on top. One never really comes out on top in these situations but I hope he can just beat those charges at the very least.

 

Remember the old USSR they valued animals more than people . It was said this would happen back in the 80's . Socialism is what it is and nation socialism is communism . Welcome to the US .
