Any ideas on starting gates?

    A little off subject here but looking to build some individual starting gates. Maybe out of aluminum. Some wheels on the back bottom side for easy transportation. The only thing i need some ideas on is the gate. I can fab up an idea for a gate, I just need to figure out the best way to close the gate, and pull a pin or something so it springs open. Looking into some whippet/greyhound coursing/racing. Any ideas? Thanks.
