Another raid on dogmen

    Great post, Slim. I always enjoy your stories and the way you deliver them. I even hesitated to post that pic because i know how some people can get. In this case here, I was talking to her as I was taking the pic and she was wagging her tail and that motion is what caused her ribs to show more than they actually do. I know you mentioned that in your post, I just wanted to break it down a little further in case some didn't know what 'contorted' meant. For the last 3 weeks I have been fattening them up a bit, getting ready for winter of course :(.

    Same here. Started upping the calorie count this week. We are in the 40's at night now and soon it will be lower. Luckily we don't hold freezing temperatures intot he day light hours. If we keep the cold at bay at night we do OK during the day.

    And was poking fun at the difference in breeds and what is automatically thought of when a bulldog is involved.

    If a dog is working for me I pull him down a little low and then bring him back up with both food and work. A snapshot picture during that first week and I'm starving the dogs. LOL
