Discussion in 'APBT History' started by marshall butler, Jun 13, 2022.

  1. I own an 18 month old male intact, Reverse Brindle 51lb 100% APBT.
No other dog I have ever owned has come close to what My Maximillian is.
I have read the Stratton books. Starting the Stevens books.
Everything I have read is exactly the way my bulldog is.
Unknown what his pedigree he is as I got him without papers, however, Embark DNA came back as 100% APBT with .9% wolf.
I love this guy, he is my best friend, brother and protector and I am his.
Any help with how I can find out his history would be very appreciated.
Thank you for the admission to the forum.

Make him a Grand Champion first and then 'the game' would be more than willing to help you hang some papers on the dog.....hmmmm let me think....brindle????

Nearly impossible without some honest input from the person that bred him.

Reading your post says he is what you are looking for so how he is bred and his history really does not factor. Knowing what he is made of now will not change anything other than maybe give you the warm fuzzies, but by your account you already have them.

Check with who bred him and go from there but other than that enjoy/relish the fact you have a good dog.
