  4. You seem like someone that I want to be on good terms with. I spoke with Tom Garner yesterday and I'm probably going to buy a dog from him. I think you would approve of that.

You know the older I get, the more respect I have for Tom. Dealing with millions of morons over decades and not killing himself or someone, I could never do it!

I can't speak from experience but I would add machobuck.com to the short list of large scale breeders with pups available for public sales. If you know what general qualities you're looking for in a pup and willing to spend $$$...sure you'll cry - but maybe only once.

You can get the odd 'biggin' coming from the Hammond's bloodline and perhaps you could get in contact with Gary here...https://www.catchdogenterprises.com/

Regardless of who you go to, the breeds catchweight starts around 52lb,(average size at best amongst other breeds) so the odds of picking 'the biggin' (if any) out of a litter of pups aren't that great to begin with. Best dig deeper into those pockets for a 18+month old dog......good luck Samurai San...lol

This is meant as no disrespect toward anyone but.....

Dealing with millions of morons over decades is easy when there is a constant stream running up the driveway with two hand fulls of money just about every day.

Tom is a marketing genius. Leaps and bounds ahead of any other person that's even thought about selling a dog.

Without having access to a network, not really imo. Pups of varied ages always avail, likely a health guarantee and a deep pedigree. And I have no agenda to plug for that kennel or any other. For me tho, less about cost and more about seeing pups and parents in person, meeting the breeder, observing his/her operation etc..

Tom Garner is similar to Timberland boots. He’s got a lot of good lines that have been proven through history. But as time progressed he lost sight of quality and started basing his program off of historically proven dogs and virtually zero testing. Timberland now produces pink/blue/purple/ yellow and anything else to make a buck. Same shit in my eyes. I just bought a pair of Timberland ripsaw loggers that are amazing. But I’ve also got a pair of shit kickers with a timberland logo that look great, but I know better. Seems to me that anyone would know you can’t produce the quality he claims with the numbers of pups he’s got on the ground at ALL times. I’d put ol’ Tom at over a million dollars a year in from names 6-10 generations ago. I’d imagine it would be tough to stop something so lucrative.

Pretty good analogy, but a (more than people think) are tested and checked.

The greatness of the situation is that he does not have to do it nor risk anything with it being done. People are doing it for him.

I am not saying he has every dog that leaves documented in a network but he has a very informal network that keeps him posted in the directions in which to breed.

As stated, I do not feed any of his dogs. I have never bought a dog from him.

Just take out the 'dogs' and plug in whatever product you want to sell. His business model is world class.

I wish that I could trust his breeding because truthfully I would have spent stupid money to get them arts missy genetics for my bullyson stuff. I just don't believe that they are true.
