Dog breathing

I noticed my dog laying down and he will take a breath ever 5 seconds. He will take breath wait 5 seconds take another breath and so on. He also shakes a bit with each breath.

Does this seem normal or like a neuro or medical issue? Other than this the Dog seems perfectly healthy and is active and eats good
