    No one thinks it was kind of stupid to have that many dogs in a residential neighborhood. it also appears to be a lower income area, so you know there is a heavy police presence. and the guy with the miami hat never even seen a university, but he had to add his two cent. he'll be lucky if he only gets checked for not minding his own business.
