McGregor fights at 145. He advanced to 155 for RDA. He then advanced to 170 for Diaz. Duffy lost to Porier who was KO by McGregor... It was a looong time since McGregor's last loss.
In the first round McGregor didn't have any issue with the reach. He won that round and there is no adversity about that, anywhere.
The "wall" hit him really hard on the second. In the first he was dodging punches like Silva. In the second he tried to dodge, but his body wouldn't listen! That's when he paniced and shot that takedown...

Poirer was only a young kid when McGregor beat him, he has improved leaps and bounds since. If you watch Conor was taking damage getting inside and certainly shouldn't have hit a wall never has before. Nate took the kitchen sink and kept coming. Conor got hurt not tired. He only slowed down after taking damage. Same way they say short notice Chad Mendes got hurt by Conor nothing to do with cardio, both guys are known to have great cardio but getting rocked or taking body shots with tests anyones resolve.

She could in men's judo. Lots of girls out wrestle, tap, and slam boys around a lot in gyms and comps. The problem is let mighty mouse slam Rhonda in the teeth 2x lol. Now bjj or judo who knows. the problem is power directly translates in striking. Men even at the same weight are physically built to be stronger (in general). I'm sure there is some elite level female strikers that can out strike men but there isn't a million running around.

Maybe some amateurs...my nephew trains with the girls olympic wrestling team he's a freshman in highschool and he goes toe to toe with them...some of them are gold medalists.In Colorado history no girl has ever placed at highschool state thats including a 2 time fargo freestyle champion a buddy of mine trains...the only time girls really can compete with boys are when the boys haven't hit puberty...some average joe off the street she definitely would destroy them
