Respectfully I disagree. The best grower (like dogs) are where you find them. While I to some extent will agree the norcal movement has been around FOREVER and have us great strains like(real) train wreck among others but there is/was Colorado strains that came strictly from there that cali eats ups. No certain area determined skill but there may be a larger community in a certain area

 

Tell me there ain't some Cajuns that can out grow them white kids with dread any day ;-)

Yes I know quality growers in places like Alabama and Lousiana as well. I'm going strictly on the average when I say California has the best, meaning there is a higher concentration of growers that have had the freedom to experiment openly and dial in there craft. Also someone brought up $$$ that's another reason Cali is tops on my list quality versus quantity versus price.... Cali hands down.... the Shit that runs 350-450 an oz in most eastern States is 100 in Cali.
