I have used it in the past and it seems to work. Is it safe for dogs or should I be using something else? What I am using has no ivermectin in it, does it have anything for heartworms? Should I be giving them something else in addition to this paste? Thanks for all the help

I use the liquid form for goats simply because the size of the 2 are pretty close so dosing it is very easy but it don't do anything for heartworm prevention, just hooks, whips and rounds I think. You'll want ivermectin for heartworm prevention..

Thanks guys for the info. So if one were to use safeguard and ivermectin is there any worms or other parasite that I need to worry about? Or does that cover all my bases?
