  1. yes i do i breed for both of my dogs they are not related with in 4 gen he was my first choice for breeding but the sizes are so dif that i was worried about that. and as for pets they are not pet they are working dogs.... not to be a bitch pointing that out again that they are service dogs.

Well anyone can say they have service dogs I am not questioning you about that but there is currently no requirements for service dogs anyone can certify their dogs online ... I think you should speak to your vet and if you can't keep your dogs from breeding than you should have them spayed and neutered it's unfortunate that your female was bred and the breeding was unplanned.

That's why it's called "accidental." Accidents do happen, even to the best of us at times, and of course they are unfortunate. Just sayin.'
OP did state that he/she did like the recipe of the two dogs together, he/she was just concerned about the size difference. OP did also state that he/she was going to be breeding this female this heat regardless, just to a different male. I don't think the thread was created to turn into a 'why the OP should spay and neuter their dogs' tangent. The bitch was going to be bred anyway, for the OP's personal reasons. (Their feed, their animals, their business.) Then again, you know what they say about opinions!!! LOL
Also, I very well may be wrong but I have yet to find a place online that you can get a dog certified as a service/therapy dog. Where I'm from, you have to go through quite the process for that. But that's neither here nor there, and irrelevant to the original purpose of this thread, LOL.

I don't care what they said if you can't contain your animals and keep them from reproducing then you should have them spayed/neutered that's my opinion and the fact that they would come online to ask these questions is even worse. I am not the one who has a problem the OP does if her dog dies or has complications as a result of this unplanned breeding taking place it's their fault. I hope if the dog needs an emergency C- Section she won't come online and ask us what to do that she will actually have a vet on site. I have a freind in New Mexico who actually trains service dogs and has been doing it for many years and you most certainly can certify dog's online a simple google will explain that. FYI a service dog is different than a therapy dog and the requirements are completely different.

This would be like saying, if you own bulldogs.. which I doubt you do (not to be rude), that they will never get into a yard accident. EVER. Go ahead and make claim to that statement...... Please explain to me how you could possibly accurately evaluate a dog for therapy or service without some form of on-site inspection? If so any ole junkyard dog could be a service/therapy dog, and that would'nt be a good look.....

I'm not here taking the side of any party here. I'm just here viewing the landscape with an open mind. Seeing you quickly fire off the traditional wolf-pack "and you came here asking in the first place...." statement shows the green bleeding from you. Once again I'm not here personally attacking you....

Look man this a public forum people have the right to give their opinions I don't care if you like my opinion it's my opinion. If you can't properly contain your dog's and keep them from mating you should spay and neuter them. As far as me not owning bulldog's I own 4 of them 3 females and one male am I bulldog expert hell no but I have enough fucking common sense to keep my intact male away from my intact female when she goes into heat. I am proud to say that I have never breed a dog and if that time should ever come where I feel I am ready to whelp a litter of pups It won't be because my dog's made the choice for me.

As far as service dog's go I told you that if you google service dog's you will pull up a bunch of companies that can certify your dog online as a service animal for a fee. They tell you that the dog should be trained in basic obedience but there is no formal evaluation done prior to certifying your dog. So any junkyard dog could be a service dog if you pay one of these companies to certify them for you. The way they are able to do this is because currently there are no LEGAL requirements to get certifications on service animals that is how these companies can do this.

Also a therapy dog is not the same thing as a service dog a therapy dog does not have public access rights. You will find these dogs at hospitals and nursing homes but they must be invited ....

Here is just one of the many companies online who can certify your animal as a service dog without even seeing the dog or assessing the animal all you need is a dog and the money to pay these companies and you have a service animal there is no official agency that certifies service dogs!

  8. our dogs were trained as service dogs not only by myself but a service dog trainning center here in kansas and the other in nebraska they have passed the akc gcc test and my dog goes to work with me on a daily basis pretty sure Wal-Mart corp would not let a run of the mill dog exp. a pit bull go to work with an asst mgr. im a she to clear that up :)

  9. and for the rec the crate he was in and got out of to break the crate the female was in is an ASPC kennel and yep it was not worth the 270 bucks i paid for it as for the plastic air plane kennel its also a p.o.s.

  10. sadieblues

That is not an official registry for service animals there are none that site is no different than any other site on the internet. I can pay that same company to certify mine as service dogs I am not going to explain myself any further all you have to do is look up the laws on service animals and you will see there are none.

I like how you danced around the point that accidents happen and MOST OF THE TIME they are unfortunate for everyone involved in the situation. Once again THESE ARE BULLDOGS and the OP mentioned the male 'BROKE OUT OF HIS CRATE'. Not making her fully irresponsible, but making her the owner of a bulldog that should have used a more careful eye to check the security of her crates.

When the day comes and you have a lets say.... 'yard accident' and perhaps you lose a dog, should anyone (especially someone with credentials equal or lesser to your own) hop on you? Should they say "you should do this and that with your dog because in my under experienced eyes you seem uncapable of keeping a bulldog. Goodness how could you ever let a yard accident happen???" Indeed this is a public forum and you have the right to post whatever you want. Although, telling her how to handle her business in such a way withouth being 110% informed on the situation isnt a good look for you.

Maybe the situation could be handled in the way a 'dogman/woman' would handle it and JUST CULL THE PUPS???

Owning 4 dogs to no extent automatically makes them bulldogs. Aren't you the girl who started out with blue dogs, then moved on to a fraction of 'decently pedigreed' animals? Not to pick you apart, but instead of offering assistance here, you more over took the side of a forum head guru bleeding heart rescuer.

Also as far as those two links go.... I'm sure you'd get laughed all the way out of Wal-mart with that cracker jack certification slip they'd be sending you... if you'd be dumb enough to pay for that.

If I have a yard accident I am not going to come online and cry to the people on this forum about it. I am going to own up to it and move forward and handle my business I don't need anyone here to tell me how to handle my business. The best kind of experience is real life experience and honestly there are only a few people on this forum who I would even ask for help if I needed it. I actually was respectful with what I said and you stuck your nose in where it didn't belong. I simply said I am not fond of accidental breedings and my opinion is the OP should spay and abort and if she can't keep her animals from mating she should have them altered. The links I provided you are one of the many companies that certify service animals it's clear to me you have no clue about service animals because if you did than you would know that there is no official organization that registers service animals you didn't even know the difference between a therapy dog and a service dog. And what I have owned in the past what does that have to do with what I own now?? Or better yet what does it have to do with me telling the OP that I think she should spay and abort? It's funny to me that every time I post something that one of my hater's does not agree with they like to mention my blue dogs of the past come off it can't you find something better to throw up in the conversation??? LOL. Your a fucking idiot and your not even worth my time.

To HATE on someone, that person must first be worth hating on my friend, LMAO. (You would not be worth it, as you are no body to me, just as I am nobody to you.) Sorry to bust your bubble. Anyway moving right along. Yes, you stated multiple times that 'you are not fond of accidental breeding.' WHO IS? LMFAO!!! I'm a "fucking idiot" because I too stated my opinion on this here forum just as you did? That's interesting. I'll throw a bet that when I run into you at an upcoming dog show, you won't be calling me a "fucking idiot" to my face. If stating my opinions on a public forum is being a "fucking idiot" then I guess everyone here is one as well, LMAO. So then that makes you a "fucking idiot" too for diverting the original topic of this thread into also telling this woman that her service dogs 'aren't real service dogs because there's no such thing' or whatever the heck you were rambling about. I was able to state my thoughts like a grown up and not revert to name calling. You should take notes. :) Oh, and nowhere did I show that I had no idea as to the difference between a service vs. therapy dog, since you're paying so much attention. Also, so because this woman has an ACCIDENTAL breeding, she should automatically spay/neuter her dogs? So when you have a yard ACCIDENT one day, (yes, ACCIDENTS do happen), then I suppose that means you should euthanize all your dogs??? What the hell kinda crap way of thinking is that.

Anyway, to the OP, I hope your bitch fares well. Like I said before, I'd be prepared for 'worst case' scenario (i.e. c-section). You can consider everyone's opinions here, but ultimately, it's your bitch and you need to decide what makes you feel most comfortable.

  14. thanks cck9!! imticed you all are calling them bulldogs whats up with that?? and whats op?? it has been many years since i was an active member to game-dog and alot has changed. what happened to marty i see he was banned?? cck9 im glad you understand and seem to be a true dogman. i no i was not online crying about what happened i simply wanted to know if my male had hurt my female and if there would be any probs in birth as all my past breedings had been dogs closer in size.

Took the words right out of my mouth. There sure has been a lot of this crap on here lately. A lot of self-righteous people who's only purpose on this forum is to flame every person who comes on here with a question that doesn't fit into their one size fits all handbook for pittie mommies.

Aw come on Sadie. Give them a break. It was an accident. The male is gonna be put outside so it can never happen again. That is unless he finds an open window or the spare key under the fake rock.

  19. bgblok68 thanks for your support as well :)
