Khanfueshus say if kid went to the neighbors yard (property) that is the kids parents fault as they should of been watching the kid in the first place. So for the father of the kid to go beat and kill the dog because of his own mistake is wrong. But if the roles was reversed and dog went on the kids yard/property then the father would have every right to beat the dog to death for biting his kid.

 

There's better ways to deal with that then to beat a littel dog to death in front of kids with a bat on his neighbors yard.And no he aint got the right unless it was to stop the kid from getting bit or bit again it's not a rot,it's the owner responsibilty to put it down.imo

 

Really tho! how many swings of a bat does it take to kill a jack russle?? after two you really should go punish yourself for being a nancy boy
