    yeah well im in coatesville and they dont knock on your door but its not unusual to wake up to them IN YOUR YARD or they even go as far as if your fence isnt locked they will open your gate and once the dog comes out the yard they will take it an give yo a fine when you go to pick it up for your dog "RUNNING AT LARGE" a friend of mine actually has the local animal control lady on camera doing this
