What part of Louisiana you in. I'm right outside of Baton Rouge

 

I am near Alexandria. I have this blue fawn puppy that we just had to have. No papers (yet) but I am working on finding out what her bloodlines are, the dam has some RE and not sure what yet. I have the feeling that I have a lot more dog than what I am going to be able to find out... She is the perfect shape, size and red nose, gold eyes, muscles, at 16 weeks she is at about 33lbs, fat. I read online and looked at some very similar females on here, and she probably has some red in her blood, but her brothers and sisters were blue. I know she has a cousin that is blue about 65lb female, gorgeous dogs. Just not sure about these new bloodlines and large sizes.. So far my bailey is all the Pitbull character she is supposed to be. I had some older wilder and hemphils, boudreaux but that was 20 yrs ago,, This is going to be all muscle, and head.. would love to get feedback on any of my opinions here.. I am seeking to learn more about what I have to give her the best home.

A bully hu?? From what I can read online, she should turn out to be on heck of a dog.. And my girlfriend says her nose is pink, not red... so we shall see, I will put up some progress photos.. I will try to find papers.

Dogs aren't pink, they're red. Black and red are the 'main' colors, with other colors being variations or dilutions. I'd love to see some pictures of your pup though!

Well I got on this forum to see some great dogs, learn, and teach what I can.. I have been owning pitbulls only since I was 18, now I am 48.. Some time off of owning for my own bad behaviors.. I am not here to get any long stories about bullies, blues, or cross breedings.. I can read enough of that on the internet from people who just want to feed their own ego's.. I love my dog,, she is a puppy, so yeah, she has a pink nose,, it will change,, I know.. As far as the blue dogs,, I had one over 21 yrs ago,, it was only 40 lbs full grown, and was the toughest thing on 3 legs,, it lost one as a pup in a truck accident..(pushed out by two other dogs).. So any friendly comments, or intelligent criticism I can handle.. Just putting me or my pup down and I will delete this site.. I know what I have,, I am just trying to find others who have the same things and we can have casual chats about our dogs,, Online is not a place for me to spend my life arguing with someone I have not met..
