I cAn only speak to what I have witnessed.I got a good friend and his brother is gay and he still in not open about it at 46 yrs old..But we know he is and he has acted fem since a child , he was born this way..I don't believe all are born with it but i do believe some are.This guy comes from a classy , christian very good family.Just no way to explain him being like this other than he was born this way.
