Ya I was not a big fan of Burt's dogs only had a few and It must not have been ment for me because I couldn't pick a good one if my life depended on it just not my pace of dog I like a Lil more spunk in my stock. But that's not for this thread. We can talk about it another time.

Liked to get a pure Heinzl or follow through with a tight Colby. I'd really like to fall into some Clouse thats been hiding somewhere BUT most likely I'll continue to use my own stock and pull another real high % alligator dog from Hammonds. Kept the litter and will take a pure Heinzl or Colby if I can land one; as well as a pure hammonds heavy alligator bred dog.

Chinaman/Alligator seem to click very nice. I've seen some beast come from that type of breeding.

 

there are many Great Ch.Alligator x ----- ( insert other blood here ). I can't even think of the number of way's we could blend some of these blood's most Importantly thou is when Crossing them ONLY the best be allowed to continue and if that litter didn't work, scrap it, don't cross your finger's and wait in hope's that third or fourth generation sparks up.
Now, I have been lucky and seen a few blood's crossed into a few different blend's of Ch.Alligator bred dog's some made it , and like all blood's some did not.
I HAVE A FEW FAVORITES LOL, but I go at it with Open eye's and open ear's and let the dog's show me.
my top pick wouldn't be based on the blood before but that of the blood today. And if it's my choice I will bring in one of them pocket rocket's that aren't around much. ( not many pop out that way)

I emailed her a while back about a litter that fell through. She's a very nice lady. Saw one of her Alligator pups at a show this year he was very nice looking and very active.
