    Now I could be wrong in my assessment but I think the difference is "assuming" the dog is going to be a good one and having it at stud on his 2nd birthday.

    Hmmm if I'm not mistaken this dog was up for stud a little over a year old..And not one single person has said a dog couldn't be titled at 2 !2 nd sentence was to okc...but let's get this thread back on track and let folks show them young prospects!

    Dogs write promissory notes often. Whether they make good on them or not is a matter of whether they have it in them or not, coupled with your giving them the proper stages to mature and show you. Many of us have been through these scenarios.

    Nothing is cookie cut nor are all dogs the same as far as maturity. Yet it pays to err on the side of caution instead of shaking your fist at mother nature. Try to be wise enough to never defy that bitch because she'll show you who's boss. LOL

    Its been said some of the great breedders like Wallace never matched a dog but but would give a dog a thourogh GT many times two or three dogging him. so even after a strong GT is that 2yr old still not sire worthy?? last time gettin off topic sorry.
