Snitching

I’m pretty sure this has been discussed before but I feltlike it should be brought up again. I say this because there was a member onanother forum not anything to do with dogs protesting the slaughter ofhorses. She even went as far as to postthe link to a petition and when you clicked the link, it took you to the pagewhere it said “thank you for supporting the abolishment of horse slaughter” andyou didn’t do anything but check the link. They did this as another person onthe forum who was well liked. Messedup? I think so.

The word “snitch” means to inform or an informer.

I’ve read several posts on game-dog and some other siteswhere people are talking about dogs with Wins and losses. Why? You have several types of people who dothis. The people who get online and posthow they themselves or their kennel partner is the one who campaigned Ch. Such &Such. The person who bought a pup or prospect from that guy. The spectator/ peddler who is trying to becool and eventually sell some dogs. People are stupid enough to talk aboutgoing up to dude’s house, owner of whatever kennels and hanging out or breedinghis 10xw bitch to Ch. Such & Such. The key word to look at is not “if” but “when”you get busted for being stupid! Everyone likes you till you’re taking anunexpected vacation to county. Also,changing or rerouting your IP address doesn’t work anymore like it used to.

Everyone needs to realize that the people who are out thereto bust you do not care about you and the fact you have a family or you takecare of your parents and own 10 dogs. They can’t hack your accounts without a search warrant but they can havesomeone else do it. It’s not illegal if you’reon the winning team (HSUS, ASPCA, PETA, Police). Why would they need thatthough? When people are posting this shit on open forums for everyone to view. Thereis no real way to fall off the grid or make yourself untraceable. We’re too dependentupon the technology around us. Theslightest thing that puts off any frequency can be pinged. Those smart/cellphones, computers, tablets you carry, heck even things that you wouldn’t thinkof like your kids fake pet. Snowden justput the USA on blast with this stuff but we still don’t think it can happen tous. No not you, Mofo your smart!! LMAO

People we need to close our circles, don’t talk about who orwhat you know. Keep it to yourselves andif it happens that little jimmy knows Fred and Fred and you are close friendswell you’ll eventually know jimmy and Fred will break the ice. Why Fred? Because Fred knows the both of you and yourboth good people. Fred may be keeping shit a secret from Jimmy or you and justtalks dogs. Maybe he doesn’t want Jimmyto know Ch. Such & Such was/is his dog. Another thing that gets me is yourreading about a dog and someone asks a question and the thread goes like such.

Ratard- He’s a game a$$ dog that went .48, .50 and 1.12 inhis last into Ch. Pussy willow. It was atough hog (not fooling anyone). His offspring are acting well so far but all ofthem are young.

Polesmoker- Hey I’ve got some stuff of Huge Nutts and I wasthere on this 1^st and 2^nd hunt (again not foolinganyone). Ratard was right on what he put down. You just snitched without even knowing it. Dry snitching may not be the same thing tosome but it is to me. Snitching issnitching no matter how you look at it. I’ve done it without recognizing it and mostof the time it’s to late so I’m not above or below anyone. Just trying to makeit known.

305 I'm not a snitch, haven't snitched on anyone in my life. All this post is about is learning to watch what you say. That's all, I used examples to make people understand that they are putting themselves and others in a possible no knock (cops bust down your door without giving you a warning) situation. Take from it what you want or nothing at all.

Shotgun, you and Rally are right there are only 2 people you can trust and I've heard there trying to beable to remove thoughts and block thoughts out of your memory. If that's true, you won't be able to trust a dead man either.

It seems that the realization of the post may come with more time on here actually seeing how things fall into play. Just my first thought. The post was as point blank and cut and dry as can be. Some folks it seems either do not care about what, who, or where they did how when and why. or it just makes them feel bigger to brag online.

No worries here dont keep shit at the house, clean as a bug. And I study my 4th amendment rights. I know my rights. I also know what they look for. When alot of these big time kennels go down they go down because of civilian's cooperating with the law. When the law is at your steps they need a reason to be there, they just cant show up. Now a civilian he doesn't have to have a reason, he can sneek back on your land after he bought that pup or puppies from you and start recording shit.
what ever he records since he is not the law, he can turn it into the law, the law reviews it and can in turn use it to start the warrant process to come check out your property.
Now if the law told the civilian, hey go snoop over at this property and bring us back a video tape so we can see whats going on over there, thats illegal and at this moment the civilian is acting as an agent of the law.
Another way is right to be right to see. If the law officer has a right to be at your door because lets say, your neighbor gave a complaint or called them because of a domestic disturbance and they come out to make sure everybody is safe and see banged up dogs, and dog fighting materials since he was there legally and had a right to see because he had the right to be again your fucked.
Lets stop making excuses for why dog men are getting locked up because of the bad police man. The fuckers just doing his job. The dog man needs to be on point at all time. And know his rights and how to prevent police from showing up legally. And thats when you have to sell your pups 20 miles away from your property. Keep the possible tree hugger peta fuck from getting to you. Closed yard period. The hardest yards to keep are in the city. When I visit them I feel un secure at all times, and a simple 1/2 hour feels like an eternity. All type of shit laying out, noisy dogs on chains, 10+ dogs, puppies, all type of shit, and 1000 people walking back and forth all day long just out side the building or town house right in the city!
The days and times of large yards will come to an end. The law is just getting better and putting stronger cases against dog men. They get better every time.
We can go on all day with this subject but dog men for the majority have a tough guy attitude like fuck em, I know my rights and they really don't.
Pick up a 4th amendment book and study what the police study. Nothing worst then a cop pulling somebody over and a smart person who knows his 4th amendment rights and is resting them back word for word. Not only do you need to read them, but understand them, and stop putting yourself in situations were they can come up on you and have the right to be right to see.

What everyone is failing to see is the fact that the patriot act changed the whole game, they no longer need warrants to detain you for any reason. They can hold you for as long as they want. We no longer live in a society where you can hide behind any of the amendments that were put in place to supposedly protect the people. That's how your phone can be tapped and as well as your emails and online doings. 2014 is the first year of the new drone programs that will be flying and recording information in every corner of the US and every major city. Quit talking online about everything and keep your circles small.

 

They can not hold you as long as they want. Get your lawyer asap, and have him talk for you. They always need a warrant. When they arrest they take you back to the station to start the warrant paper work in order to charge you (even then here the warrant is viewed by a judge to see if it actually holds up against you). They can only hold you for so long, till they have an charge against you.
