You aint gotta agree... but just cuz u feel a certain way about life or animals doesnt mean it should be applicable by law. Everything that is not right by your moral standards shouldnt be attatched with a Law.

 

how, cheating on your wife is not assault, it hurts her emotionally but not physically

you cant compare physical & emotional abuse.

 

Then let us take care of business when someone does something bad to an animal

 

I aint disagreeing that its wrong bro...
it may be wrong. alot of things are... but we dont need a law for it.
people just need to start raising their children better and stop relying on the state to tell u what u should and shouldnt do.

It should, because he is a human being and human beings have RIGHTS. You do not have the right to do what u want to another human... humans have the RIGHT to do as we wish with our property.

I don't know that dogs are "higher on the animal scale", but...

I think the dog DOES have a special place in many human cultures, even some primitive ones. Just because some cultures don't have that special relationship doesn't mean we have to lower ourselves to that.

I would hate to think there were no repercussions to setting a dog on fire in your front yard. Your property!

those people have a voice, for every humans rights i have violated, 75% have asked for it in some way or another and put themselves in that position.

animals have no voice, dont ask for you to take them & beat them. they dont steal from you, they dont wave a fat wad of cash in your face, and they dont snitch on you!

humans do all these, and is why 75% end up how they do.

 

but that makes my point, those people that we have hurt or violated before, im willing to say that 75% put themselves there.
