What do yall think about Garners Little Frank?

And his offspring?

If anyone has a pup off him i'd love to hear how he is

 

Good dogs. I have owned two. One looked so good some a$$hole decided to steal him. The other one is solid. You could do worse.

 

I like Little Frank a lot. If you've got the cash and like Chinaman/Homer then thats definitely where you want to go.

LITTLE FRANK x PEARL

 

Little Frank x Pearl was a good one. I have one from a previous breeding in '04, great acting dog. The only reason I don't have more is that they are bred so tight and I needed different blood.

 

If I got one I would of bred back to one of TG's dogs from another line jmo

 

tight is an understatement. I've heard they are good acting dogs but and LF offspring are definitely in need of an out.

Agreed I'd take a bitch into either Bobby P, Negro or Rosco.

 

Bobby was is who I was thinking but El Negro an Rosco both would work also

 

just depends on what my bitch was lacking

 

But the more i look at Rusty & Hickson the more I like them because they dont have any Friso in them

 

I think if I was to use one of tg's it would be hickson. If I remember right he has some of the same cocoa blood that little frank has.

 

I think he has a little coco but know he has alot of LEVER RED blood in him lol

 

Yeah tight may be an understatement. He called them west Virginia inbred.

 

why would the Little Frank dogs NEED an outcross?

what do they lack? I mean i understand that you wouldnt wanna breed them to another tight bred dog from the same line but are they not complete bulldogs on there own?

lol yeah ive been looking at Mr. Garners website so when im ready to purchase another pup i know what i want...(im looking at other sites too)
but ive been looking for Chinaman/Homer blood and Little Frank has it so i was trying to find out if him being so tight bred takes anything from his pups

 

I was about to have MY best dog bred to him....that says something!

 

It's hard to sum the whole line up. My male had all the tools, but was a little dumb. The female is extremely intelligent but lacks in ability.
