LA-Boudreaux Family Sues LA SPCA

they won't need luck,the "la spca" went about this in an illegal fashion,with no "witnessed evidence" to actuall dogfighting taking place at the boudreaux's address, then they killed the boudreauxs dogs.anyone can keep bulldogs,treadmills,literature,etc; that does not make them practioners of dogfighting.HSUS will be there taking a fall also, as they drive the "false ethics" of these claims of dogfighting,so they can edit animal cruelty footage to the misinformed public for money donations,which should not be directly blamed on dogfighting itself,but too the high percentage of the public who don't know how to care for there dogs in general.the cruel footage of starving,diseased,animals the hsus & spca's advertise on screen is not even from the same country? but somehow credit dogfighting to the public for this act of sin.wrong? of course it is.illegal? on a major scale!

 

Expose them!! Im waiting on the discovery chan to do something like this.

I hope he sued for $10k/dog, since that's what the SPCA ''estimated'' them at. PLUS...
Males:
1. # of studs pts
2. average # of breeding per stud/yr
3. stud fees
4. how many years they had left of breeding

Females:
1. # of bitches
2. average # of puppies produced/yr
3. cost per puppy

ex: 1 male @ 4yrs/old ($10k) + $1k stud fee(4x/yr) for 6yrs left of breeding= $34k/dog
1 female @6 yrs/old ($10k) + $800 pup(7 per litter) for 2yrs left of whelping = $21,200/dog

Mr Boudreaux settled out of court for an undisclosed amount. Ask him, and he will tell you the same.

 

Well then there aint no reason to bother him

 

I am glad they paid him...still not right to have killed his dogs...My uncle knows Mr. Boudreaux, bought some dogs and sold him some to. My uncle was telling of the TRUE OLD TIMERS and how it was "back in the day". When I read about it and called my uncle he could not believe it . My uncle has been out of the sport for a few yrs but man does he have some stories to tell ! Sorry for your lose Mr. Boudreaux !

Well if it was enough to settle indiscriminately and an undisclosed amount its safe to say Boudreaux got the $$$ that was well deserved and the SPCA dodged a political bullet that would've crumbled the media hype on dogfighting, right down the crapper; they both would have had some muck and grime to wade through in that court battle, you know it'd be all kinds of ugly. GOOD FOR HIM!! God bless him and his, boy he sure put his work in some of the finest animals alive. All that humaniac hype is garbage and a waste of taxpayers dollars. Give them a choice without manipulation and I bet the public will want that tax money going to the teachers, and to protecting the PUBLIC from REAL criminals who have malice intentions towards people. Funny because the SPCA and HSUS have malicious intent towards people and impersonate police or law enforcement by making illegal arrests and confiscations as if they were law enforcement. They are simply a non profit organization, nothing more nothing less; who want animals to have the same rights as humans.. Which is insanity. Animals have the right to be animals.

 

The time will come when it will be their turn to be hunted down and killed
