old or new working must the right answer and shouldnt take anyone by surprise. the majority of the show staffords lack tremendously in any working department and are bred based solemnly on a pedigree. Cristiano i always liked some of the melmar's dogs

  5. i like melmr's too...:)

in italy thare are not no more melmar's dog, we're working hard to preserve them.

wallyy kc registration is not what's being discussed here. the majority of staffords on here are registered with the kc (or are dual reg'd depending on their location) or at one point were registered with.

i dont care how anyone would put it, a phisycally and mentally unbalanced stafford can't perform as it's supposed to. a vast majority of staffords nowadays havent seen any type of work, especially the show stock. legally we can still work the manure out of our dogs (not talking about aframe, springpole etc..), that at least will give you an idea if the dog is worth a damn.

now the new trend is to keep the dog fit looking ripped and ready, when these staffords are scared of their own shadows. i rather have a cat or a parrot

a judgement could be made maybe with more pics, and that alone would only be on physical build, theres more to a stafford than looks!!

Here are a few more pics of him. As for temprament he is a typical Stafford, loves people endlessly entertaining and also tolerates most dogs but hates bigger dogs, he won't allow them to stand over him, he goes berserk.

Nice dogs, look like well breed staffords. I think you have got it wrong mate, never heard or seen any show staffords being crossbreed with pugs or bulldogs or any other breed. They have been breed for show and some idiots have breed them only for looks. Some like the wide and very low to the ground ones, with smashed in faces. In my opinion this is the people who ruins the breed. Keep them the way they was. While I agree with you, there is and was still some good show breed dogs to, even very game ones. Example. Rocky
Anyway great dogs, and thanks for posting the pics.
