America is a compilation of the world's best and brightest that wanted freedom... Free thinker's not subject to kings and queens a nation of immigrant freedom seekers and that is why they dont see it as enough... It's our responsibility to take care of the world according to the rest of the world because we are nation of the strong minded... That left subjugation for the unknown without a safety net... BUt American's believe there is no
other choice to freedom...
Liberty or Death

But we need to stop (no matter the rest of the worlds opinions) IMO and take care of ourselves because we are under attack... The freedom's are progressively being destroyed and their using our Bible and Moral Code as Men of Honor and Valor against us.

Teaching our children and us to... while we were in school that America is a democracy... Communist China is a democracy America is a Republic of Basic Laws and freedom... We vote for our representation for public works and taxes... Who among us in these hard time's would want to spend over a Billion dollars for Animal Welfare in this Nation and Abroad (well we are)

and more... But who among us has the extra money to stop them.

Men of Honor have the stomach to respect another Mans Right's when we don't agree with them. Not legislate Morality. Not destroy families and give individual's years in prison over Animals.

Ad a wiseman by the name of 50cent once said...
"I don't say only God can judge me cause I see thing's clear...
Quick as these cr*cker's will give my black ass a hundred years."

But it's not about Black and White anymore... It's about Freedom... Black White... Men of good stature are being locked up daily over animals... Men who take care of there children there families there wive's are going to jail for year's... Black and white and yellow
I dont know the people below... And I dont know the details of their lives, but this is the color of rainbow and that stature
But these are the face's of the men being arrested over animals... Maybe their sick bad people who do bad things to people and maybe their not... Maybe they have a daughter who they take to school everyday... But now they are forever on Google images branded and live's ruined over what they decide to do with their personal property...

yeah animals have no rights but I agree there is such a thing as animal cruelty and if you cannot tell the difference like a man eating a chicken for dinner not beating the chicken for pleasure and another man trying to save that same chicken from being killed to be eaten for dinner then you need to take a closer look on the circle of life.

now that is the future of america... Succinct thought based statement

6. AmericanDogMan

AmericanDogMan Big Dog

Exactly your a reasonable man... Can they tell the difference...

Why should it be legislated? Why is it right to lock people up over animals... (personal property)?

Re: Why Animal's Don't Have Right's

Where do you draw the line... how many dog's someone can have in their kennel... Where??? Dreamer how you can train a dog... Whether it's cruel to have them compete in weight pull or use as personal protection...

I love my dog's... I take care of them... I dont do anything illegal.... How long before they change the law and weightpull is illegal or sheep herding illegal... It's not fair to the sheep... You couldn't told our great grandparents people would go to jail over animals... (1976 I wasnt born, but what were you guys doing...lol)

I know you thought it was only going otbe used inrare instances... Progressives man... it doesnt stop...

8. AmericanDogMan

AmericanDogMan Big Dog

So now is he eating for living is he full... I mean he;s not starving right... Then we should slow down on chicken's cause technically he's eating for pleasure...

Their already legislating on your diet (new healthcare law soda tax)

Where does it stop.???

Pleasure to you another mans disgusting gluttony or heinous immoral act...

"Why is it right to lock people up over animals" we ain't talking about why folks get locked up we talking about AR & AW.

10. AmericanDogMan

AmericanDogMan Big Dog

No I'm talking about Animals having rights/welfare.. They dont

ok so if they do then how do you enforce them... Slippery slope

Animal Welfare is a Moral issue (Not a legal one in this context mr. brockton)

Legal reason for Animal Welfare and Enforcement... personal property? then?? Answer me that

Yardboy CH Dog

In Ohio until recently if you had an apbt it was LEGALLY automatically labeled a vicious dog. You had to have a mandatory $100,000 dollar insurance policy just for owning a "pitbull type" dog. Which was totally at the discression of the dog warden. The discription was any short haired muscular built medium sized dog. This could mean a boxer, bull terrier, staffy, am staff, on and on at his discression. Not only did you HAVE to have a policy but you had to walk your dog on a leash with a muzzle. And you had to have a 6' fence around your yard if it was on a tie out or it had to be kept in a 6' kennel with a top. So not only did they tell you you had to insure it but how to walk it and how to contain it. Any of these violations were punishable "by law".

12. Yardboy

Yardboy CH Dog

Thank God in April this was over turned and now your dog has to bite someone or their pet before it can be labeled vicious.

13. Laced Wit Game

its labled viscous if it bites another pet?

AmericanDogMan Big Dog

Your right we have to fight BSL..
Put again property issues I dont think are unconstitutional within reason...

Do they have right's in your yard???

15. AmericanDogMan

AmericanDogMan Big Dog

I dont see anything wrong with going to court about damage of personal property and events that lead up to it,...

Labeling property in a mans yard tho... In his living room... How long before home inspections for pet ownership.???

16. ben brockton

ben brockton CH Dog

AW ain't a "moral issue" that's your opinion. if you really want to get technical it's a health issue as well as a safety issue. that apply especially when your livestock is served on the dinner table or sold to consumer's. it ain't only about personal property it's a much wider spectrum. i highly doubt you raise butcher the meat in your refrigerator. because if you don't your a hypocrisy.

17. AmericanDogMan

AmericanDogMan Big Dog

Now we're talking I respect that... health issue for dinner meat on my table...

What about dinner meat on his own table (none of my business)(Own a cow or chicken's for your personal consumption)... Person can eat what they want....

so the spectrum is now narrower... Outside of cleanliness... What then>???

If a man wants his chicken's to walk on crates instead of rubber mat... Or a man likes to beat his cow cow with mallet while living... He thinks it'll make for more tender meat... Now what???

A/W is a moral issue... Animal Welfare is not public health!! They use animal welfare to overreach on public health....

A/W is non distinct from right's... A/W discusses emotional state of animals

18. AmericanDogMan

AmericanDogMan Big Dog

This is the strategy
In 1973, congress took the first steps toward enacting federal legislature to address the issue of child abuse. The Child Abus Prevention and Treatment Act[11] was passed in 1974, which required states “to prevent, identify and treat child abuse and neglect.” [8]

Child protection - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Children dont have rights technically because they are under Custodial care. But these are children "humans"... Even another mans child is a human being that is going to be an adult and should be protected because you infringe on their potential rights, rights come with a responsibility.

They take the leap from children to animals in 3 years because animals are like children they say... But I contend, children are not Personal property and animals will never have a moral obligation to society.'

Animal Welfare is code word for Rights of a protected class (animals are not a class of citizens) that cannot protect themselves...

They began by calling woman's rights..suffrage till it was womans rights in 1964. (strategy of success they are expanding.. beyond natural rights women had the right to vote from the very beginning... Property owner's could vote women could own property in most states... Womans suffrage was about voting without property for all citizens i.e. Federal Income tax... Voting is about taxation... All of these things are in defense of people not animals which makes them valid)

it's all code speak... Like Liberal and progressive... Animal Welfare discusses emotional state of a mans personal property how is that legal.

How can you regulate outside of a public health issue on a mans personal property

Argument for Public Health laws is simple... If you infringe on Public health of your fellow citizen, you infringe on the his right to life and liberty to affect his own life and be free from disease or malice.

Argument for Animal Welfare Legally infringing on a mans right to personal property.

America was founded on Personal property rights
"The Constitution of most of our states (and of the United States) assert that all power is inherent in the people; that they may exercise it by themselves; that it is their right and duty to be at all times armed and that they are entitled to freedom of person, freedom of religion, freedom of property, and freedom of press." Thomas Jefferson

"Democracies have been found incompatible with personal security or the rights of property; and have in general been as short in their lives as they have been violent in their death." James Madison http://www.dojgov.net/Liberty_Watch.htm

Constitutional basis

Private Property:
(12) To acquire, have and use the means necessary to exercise the above natural rights and pursue happiness, specifically including:
(1) A private residence, from which others may be excluded.
(2) Tools needed for one's livelihood.
(3) Personal property, which others may be denied the use of.
(4) Arms suitable for personal and community defense.

Natural Rights:

Quotes of our founders

The classic definition of "natural rights" are "life, liberty, and property", but these need to be expanded somewhat. They are rights of "personhood", not "citizenship". These rights are not all equally basic, but form a hierarchy of derivation, with those listed later being generally derived from those listed earlier.
John Adams "The moment the idea is admitted into society that property is not as sacred as the laws of God ... anarchy and tyranny commence. PROPERTY MUST BE SECURED OR LIBERTY CANNOT EXIST"

<table border="0" width="95%"><tbody><tr><td class="p1" valign="top">James Madison </td> <td class="style1" valign="top"> "Government is instituted to protect property of every sort .... This being the end of government, that is NOT a just government,... nor is property secure under it, where the property which a man has ... is violated by arbitrary seizures of one class of citizens for the service of the rest."
</td></tr></tbody></table>Gov'ts role is to protect property from the masses not from its owner.

Where is the argument otherwise... legal

your chicken and beef felt too should we need eat them... This is where animal welfare argument goes... you cannot legislate morality

this is HSUS goal they pray on our morality

"The life of an ant and that of my child should be granted equal consideration."
-Michael W. Fox, HSUS Senior Scholar

My goal is the abolition of all animal agriculture."
-J.P. Goodwin, manager of animal fighting issues for the HSUS' Animal Cruelty and Fighting Campaign;
former member of ecoterrorist group ALF (Animal Liberation Front)

"We have no problems with the extinction of domestic animals. They are creations of human selective breeding."
-Wayne Pacelle

If you acknowledge any infringement you begin the progressive take down of rights
