Help with my 9 month old pup

Lately my female pup has been scared of every little noise.I know she's still young
but i hate the fact thats she dragging my down the street once she hears somethng that scares her.If you guys know what it could be feel free to let me know please,thanks.

She may be in a fear stage, which makes everything worse. Some dogs are timid by nature.

I would say she will grow out of it with time. It's probably just unfamiliar noises she's not use to. I would just keep taking her on walks and doing what your doing and if she gets startled don't change your actions just act like nothings wrong or maybe stop and pet her a bit.

Thanks for the help guys,you guys are really helping me out here.Also can this stage that she's going through also cause laziness because she has been dragging aroung the house with a sad puppie face and I'm kind of sorried about this.

Is there a possibility she is sick, or in some kind of pain?
