If the pup is 2 weeks old,I feel bad for you because bottle feeding is a pain.Anyway, you may very well have problems when she's older, you do know what these dogs were originally bred for right?

If you teach her how you want her to act there wont be any problems.

That is not true at all, you can not take Dog aggression out of a APBT no way in hell. Unless you have a bully or staff (curs) If you have a True APBT, they are bred for DA. And no its not how you raise it, its the breed.

That's not an accurate statement whatsoever.A truly DA dog isn't going to have the DA loved out of him.

do the foo-foos a favor and keep em seperated...always. if you cant manage that, get rid of the dog now before you become attached to it.

What Lee said........only way to be sure is separation. Even when your around one quick snap could mean the end of little bunny foofoo. Then you'll be riding the "ban" wagon against our breed because it'll scare the **** out of you. Good luck with the bottle feeding

Wow this has been some of the worst advise on here lmao yall really think the breed is that fight crazy reading these post i think my dog ig just dropped 20 points lol. If you start the pup out with those little *** dogs they better be ready to be play toys for the next year if not you might have a problem once you get past that stage these dogs can and have been raised with OTHER breeds of dogs going way back in their history right up to todays dogs. Ive seen pit champs lay with kittens lol

very true Erie, but that isnt a sure thing. i have 2 housedogs and wouldnt recommend it to anyone who is "new at this"...so id have to say the advice is spot on. one accident and them little dogs are dead, somebody is gonna be upset, and the pit bull will be the monster.

maybe, maybe not. depends on the dog but i would prepare for problems and socialize them as much as possible early on. a lot of "pits" are just looks and may be an entirely different kind of animal. but dont be naive, this goes for all breeds, some animals just dont like each other and/or have disagreements

right its all in the time you put in but the whole seperating them isnt good advise you want to have that pup play and learn his roll young with those little dogs just never left alone ive seen plenty of bulldawgs game bred or otherwise be just fine bein raised with OTHER breeds in the house 9/10 its the little dog that runs the house lol those little breeds do not generally spark the fire if ya get me lol

I would never trust 2 apbt of the same sex to get along.**** boys and girls often enough cant get along. But most of the real apbt i know seem to get along with the other animals in they house including diff breeds of dogs.Id say if they aint buddies or the pup dont tolerate them by the time hes getting big enough to hurt them then you have some decisions to make.Like can you safely keep them separated or do you need to find the dog a new home.Or maybe you get rid of the little ****ters

I never said there was 100% chance the APBT would kill the little dogs, but I would rather fall into the rather safe than sorry category if i cared whether the ankle biters lived or died.I know some are ok with other animals but separation just seems like the logical answer to me.I never cared about my dogs being friends with other animals so it didn't even occur to me to bother trying to get the dogs to be friends. One thing's for sure if it kills the other dogs in a year or so,there's no bringing them back,so I'd just separate and alleviate the problem.

im not disagreeing with you guys, it can be done by someone with experience with these dogs, but is that how youd describe the op?

i agree with you Erie.Put the time in.Dont be scared to discipline him when he gets to rough with the little dogs. And eventually he will understand they r family not foe or competition. If not then at least you can see it(that he not going to tolerate them) b4 hes able to really hurt them.Only thing is I hope your not the typical little dog owner cause they r the last people that should own a pit to me

exactly and honestly if you want the best results you spend the next year controlling all the play time that pup gets with those little dogs and you should be fine just remember that a pitbull puppy compared to a **** zu lol bites alot harder and them little dogs are gonna be the question for ya if they can take the play. the dog in my avatar onced lived with a **** zu pup and that pup by the time i moved my bulldawg away from him was the most schooled out **** zu in town lmao
