  1. Default Are their any good Dog food that helps gain fat! Grain free

    I'm feeding my bully totw high prairie and be doesn't seem to be gaining any wieght. Any thing that I can put in to make him fill out a bit! I'm not looking to get him Hugh like others out there just enought so his ribs don't show as much!

    How old is he? How much are you feeding? Have you checked him for parasites recently? How much does he weigh? Do you have a picture of him of what he looks like right now? Also are you doing any amount of heavy exercise with him that would require you to feed him more to support his metabolism? Showing a little rib is not a bad thing I guess a picture and some more info could give us a better idea of what's going on.

    if you want to get him chunky add fat. its that simple. if you want him to get skinny take the fat out. add a tsp of butter to the food or a tsp of lard (Manteca)..... you'll find the lard at your grocery store.

    Best feeding for any dog is natural feeding raw meats , to gain more weight in ur dog just feed a little extra till u notice weight gain personaly a trim dog is a healthy looking dog , but each to there own try a few extra raw eggs always good if u want a few extra pounds quickly

    Yea I'm not sure I wanna use lard either, I would just like a nice fatty kibble and let him gain whatever wieght he wouldnt work off playing at the local field with his soccer ball! Weighed him today 61.2 lbs! I tried to get good pics but he keeps moving way to much I'll try again tomorrow
