Re: Best conditioned Staffords
Oxstaff i was ecspecting a post like this, first of i never said surgested ore claimed that you should give these dogs up!!. so i dont know where that comes from ore what it brings to the table over a discussion about the truth about the lack of quality of the SBT in every way and why its a lost cause.. and im sorry to say that from my point of view its BS to try to do so., you think the high end people from the past presend and future would take what you put in your post for real???... Ofours APBT fanciers/ breeders dont give credid. Because your best wil never be good enoughf!!!.ah well see you dont care if the breed dies out but i really do is a big p***ion for me and something iam not willing to give up on ,even when a person like you dismiss them as nothing .
To say dillinger was a dog in a million is wrong he is rare for a staff but not as rare as you say ,i also run a line of pitbulls and would say they are better than my staffs but not by alot good few of my staffs have made pitbulls quit and have beaten pitbulls in shows with staffs . and before you say my line of pits must be rubbish as most pitbull owners say when a staff beats them i will just mention that my line has danced with your line and i didnt come up the loser .
I have seen staffs beat good pitbulls and good pitbull kennels is not the normal of cause but it is fact ,i dont understand why pitbull owners take it as a insult that there can be any other breed but theres that can fight .we all know pitbulls reign supreme i,am cool with that shame you guys take it the wrong way and wont give a bit of credit when it is due ..and ha as for being afraid of speed and violence ,i love the need for speed and violence bring it on does it for me ...
you dont seem to be aware how many dogs that have left there lives, given there lives ore have been culled in the history labeld as curs in the build up of the breed called the bull and terrier and now known as the APBT that would obliterate any sbt in the world with there legs bound together!!... dont you realize that iven in the APBT as a breed you can loose evertyting within 3 ore 4 generations and end up with ordenary mutts!!. Let alone what happend to the SBT!!!.
Hensh the SBT can NEVER be elivated to that level of days gone bye in where they were still Bull and terriers. ore to today standerds
and ofcours I dont care that you do care about them , but as said befor if those dogs are doing it for you then power to you!!.. Im just being hounest about it. now you can agree to disagree, But belive me when i say"" those who know Know"".
it seem im useing a lot of pat patrick quotes these days to make a point lol. but if we talk about dansing. then read this . pat patrick ones said any dog thats not bred in my kennel is NOT a patrick dog!!. (altho he was always at the forefront to claim other peoples sucses when his blood was in there iven if it was like 12%presented in a pedegree). . but i belive you understand what im saying. so leave that dancing with the wolfs movie to uplift ore boost you post for wat it is and thats meaningless...... Now i dont know you nor do you know me . I like to belive your a nice guy and i made my point you do your stuf. have agood one...

Re: Best conditioned Staffords
Until SBT start competing in Serbia Russia UAE etc and make DOY or BIS/GIS then Limey is right........
Many dogmen have had their stock go stale during their lifetime thats why they breed for gameness above all else. If you get a rough game dog then its usually open for longer and the stake is bigger.
But its needs alot of time and culling for the cream to come to the top.......

Re: Best conditioned Staffords
Mr Limey, first of all, this topic was about best conditioned staff not best working dog i believe. But besides you copy pasting the pitbull bible it think it would be good for you to experiance more than only that book. Not saying that staff is as good as apbt as working breed but things you write is little bit foolish and if not little bit foolish for sure written down with lack of knowledge about the staff.
Besides that all resprect of your'e records with apbt.
