once or twice for a puppy

should i feed once or twice a day for a puppy, i think he is between 6-9 months old, am not sure he was found abandonded about a month ago, i read a post about it but that was for adults i think, i dont know if it should be different for puppies, i feed him wellness super5 puppy food,

I feed twice a day for all dogs. I'd rather eat 2 balanced meals a day than one gigantic one, and feel like shit part of the day and starving the next half.

when they are puppy i fed them 3 times a day
when they are pups they eat alot like babies.

When they are just weened, I just fill up a feeder and let them eat as much as they want when they want.

As they get older, they move to twice a day feedings, and then to once a day feeding.

I prefer 3 times a day for pups, and 2 times once they grow. 6 to 9 mo you may want to feed twice a day.

For me, 2-3times days until 1yr old then switched to once a day.. i also switched from dry dog food to raw..

I think you should feed your puppy minimum 3 times a day until he is become adult.
