Does anyone on this site have Dogs from OGK?I've been interested in a Pup from her but i wanted to get some input from someone who has actually dealt with Christy and has or had a dog bred by her.This will be a companion for me and my fiance but we wont be getting a pup until next year though just want to find a good responsible breeder with some reasonable prices.Plus i'm in S.C. so the ride to Columbia wont be a problem like a 2 1/2 ride from where i'm at and finding good game blood is kinda hard around here alot of blue bully's / show blood in S.C..Are her pups reasonable priced $400-$600 range i think is reasonable for a pup that's healthy and been bred off some good blood more than $600 for a pup is too much for a pup any info would help thanks.

I have never gotten a dog from her But I have used alot of the same blood, If I am not mistakin she still has some pretty good bandit stuff, And to be honest I think the bandit dogs are some damn fine dogs, I would ask her for her best bred bandit pup and go that way with it, They are good looking dogs with all the all the hart you can ask for.I know she has had a few unhappy clients but when you open your yard you have to deal with that. But all n all you have a real good chance at getting the dog of your life from her. Times 2 ifu just want a house dog. and her prices are very fair I think.

there is simply no contest between OGK and Carolina HEat . OGK has been producing good ones for years and knows her dogs. has hands on knowledge of most the dogs in her pedigrees. what breeding are you referring to that caroolina heat produced good ones. to new on the scene to have anything bred by them even of age yet.

They are good people just starting out, but with help and guidance from someone who was a major influence on Wildside from the beginning ...

There a fairly new kennel, hence they havent put much out yet. Old Glory may have good dogs that Ed (and maybe Christy helped) bred, but Carolina Heat will be the kennel to go to IMO for good Wilside bred dogs. Good kennels just dont pop up over night. I know that opposes what most believe on the Net, but give them a few years to establish their yard and program... Until then, dont sell them short.

I will say this stompyfan, Carolina Heat has a fist class dog named Sid off Stompy x Isis who is proving to be a producer.

I am not saying she doesn't have good dogs. The accident took place while I was drinking one night. Who hasn't done that. I was referred to them and this is the first dog that I have gotten from them so I can only go by what I've seen from this dog.

OGK as far as I know only has one dog that was bred by WSK and that dog was left on her yard. I wouldnt bash the person who EF gave mass credit too for many years.. "without her WSK would not exist"... only after she left did he start running her down. Its kinda bullshit to talk someone up with no record by running someone down who has a record that speaks for itself.

No body is bashing no one, other than someone asking "well what has Carolina Heat produced". Never heard Ed say that without Christy "WSK would not exist" before, and maybe he did say that, and she did do a lot under Ed's direction, but WSK was there before Christy,and for awhile after Christy... If Ed has put her down, then thats news to me, but I do know it happened the other way around, so what does that say?
