Balthazar nice dog and if you want to do bite work with your dog do it, you seem a responsible owner so in no way are you putting the bull breed image down. It's not anyone else's business to knock you down as your the one feeding, cleaning after and Puttin time into the animal so you do whatever you want.

Alot of people make the mistake of not completing their training and not reinforcing what they have been training their dog to do. I don't believe APBT's should be trained in man work, but I have seen some excellent Staffies fully trained, but you have to keep training, keep reinforcing that training and when you think you've got it, go back and reinforce, reinforce, reinforce. The best working dogs are bull breeds, the most dangerous dogs when wrongly or badly trained are bull breeds.

I agree,although i am not a fan of bite work it is his dam dogs,if thats what he want to do so be it.

I have never been around dogs that do bite work, but its my understanding that these are some of the most well trained command dogs in the world.We all know how smarrt our dogs are and easy to train,I don't see any negitive in using a staff or apbt for bite work.
