My dog is old man right now. run and bicycle for miles. Been socializing him since day one. He is an absolute sweetheart. Sleeps with his cat. That being said the first dog that challenged him he laced into pretty bad. I am advocate for this breed I say if u want game bred as pet fine but don't assume that you will be able to socialize dog aggression out. You may be able to but it's never a guarantee. Try adopting.

Have a male out of legends and he is an absolute bulldog. Great blood usually produces good animals. Either way it's a 50/50 toss.

Fyi..(all of these charecheristcs you are looking for in a dog can be found in any bloodline, as long as u socialize them well, and work with em spending time eith your dog

my experience:
never owned a working dog yet, novice to raising one, have owned pit bulls.

i'm looking for:
a smart, intelligent working dog, books/ dvd's on them, has lots of game, doesn't cry(bark), will please owner, good for the back yard, will out work me from my work outs, is good with other dogs and with kids, light weight, fast, very athletic, all around athlete: Play with spring pole, flirt pole, high jump, weight pull, sprinter, disciplined, smart enough for k9 level training, ???

It's pretty simple. A game-bred dog "would" be a great dog that fits his your description "except" for the fact that he wants a dog that "gets along with other dogs." Socialization can increase the chances of it being able to get along with dogs but a game-bred dog will most likely become dog aggressive whether you socialize it or not. As far as it getting along with dogs it's a roll of the dice.
