This issue will be on the commission’s agenda on February 18, 2010 at 7 PM in the County Commission Chambers.

Please send your POLITE AND RESPECTFUL opposition to breed specific legislation, as well as viable alternatives and suggestions, to the commission members listed below. I am unable to find direct contact information for them individually, however, you can address correspondence to the County Commission address and fax number listed below. You can also send correspondence to the commission members via the County Clerk with a polite request to please forward to each Commissioner.

**Please note that a pit bull ordinance recently p***ed in Putnam County without advance notice. Because of public outcry, the issue is being placed on the agenda for further discussion. Please do not miss this opportunity to make your voice heard — we have the potential to make a huge difference for responsible dog owners in Putnam County, West Virginia.**
