need help naming dog

hi, i dont have my dog yet but im adopting one soon and i overly obsess about things so right now im obsessing about what to name it. it will most likely be a girl but im not sure yet so boy names could be helpful too. does anyone have suggestions? i like people names for dogs.

 

Personally, I would wait to see what his/her personality is like, and take it from there.

We have two cats that come into the clinic on a regular basis, and to board, too, whose names are Ricky and Lucy! I always get a kick out of them, ..."Lucy, I'm home"!!!!

I love the name Kovu for a male...That's what I'm naming my male pit (when I get him). It's from The Lion King 2, Scar's son. It means "scar" in swaheili (Sorry I forgot how to spell that...)

 

you need to see the dog before you name it lol it may look like a ray or maybe a hydro whooo knows until you see your dog post a picture i used to name all the dogs at my old boarding kennel

 

i tend to name mine after expensive cars, this was never intentional, but hey i can now say i own a mercedes, a bentley,and a harlely, lol!

I named my pit bull, "Lexas" short for Alexas. I was going to name her Hailey, after Eminem's daughter, but my fiancee wouldn't let me, he said that was a dumb idea. So...my 2nd favorite female name is Alexas....He thought she looks like a "Cookie Dough" "Cookie" for short...but eh, I liked Lexas better..
