Think I have learned a few things lately about how the body works.
So, what if this 'problem' is a good sign, a way of how the body works effectively ?
My english is too bad for explaining stuff like that.
Is it possible to think that the body is just flushing out the toxics as fast as possible with the help of vitamins and minerals ?
Research the real nature of a virus.
It's starting with the cells of our bodies.
Cells are able to heal themselfs. There is a change going on within the cell and the body has to get rid of the replaced shit, and that's the virus.
Means, a virus is just a dead part of a ceĺl which the body needs to get rid of.
It's just the same with every other disease, it first has to get worse before it gets better.
Trouble is that people 'believe' that 'getting worse' is a bad thing (thank you big pharma), but in reality it's a good sign and just the way the body works, if you let him work without the pharma stuff.

I woke up yesterday morning with congestion in my chest and couldn't cough it and my back was hurting in diff places and I thought for sure I was getting the rona.I worked half a day and came home built a hot fire and got out a jug of moonshine .Drank shine and beer ,smoked some good weed and sat in the sun by the fire .This morning I coughed most of that shit up and feel much better.Yesterday I felt like I got ran over but feel much better today.Work was a struggle yesterday ,we had another hurricane so sold alot of saw chains.I saw some chains yesterday that I never saw before so I had to go by the chain because customer didn't bring the saw in.Its simple if you can get the info off the bar but when you just have a chain and it's a oddball chain it's harder .So yesterday wAs a struggle for real

 

I was buying loads of stuff for myself and dogs from https://www.bulk.com/uk/ all the BCAA's, Minerals, Bee Pollen, Maltodextrin and stuff, but their vitamins was like horse tablets, full of bulking agents, totally fucked me up and I stopped using them, stopped on dogs too, it's all too complicated and marketed, natural all the way.. Still buy Vitamin D3 & Zinc, but it's from Home Bargains now, cheap, tablets are small, twice the dose of Bulk Powders horse tablets, which was 3 x more expensive! I sent money to EU for Stromectol 3mg & Doxycycline 100mg tabs, must have been a month ago, nothing arrived yet, thinking I might have to put that one down to a loss.

 

The heat from a real fire is so soothing to the body.It penetrates and just warms your body .It helps me relax and soothes my joints .Nothing close to heat you get from a real fire.World so advanced that alot of your younger folks don't know the benefits of a simple wood fire.I use seasoned wood and seasoned means that it went through winter,spring,summer and fall.i do mix some non seAsoned in just for some moisture and a longer burn .Most will look at my wood pile and just see wood.I see wood at diff stages of being seasoned and I have a stash that's 4 years seasoned .

 

Ya bama different temperature changes aspects of the body. Things like heat shock proteins and hydro shock therapy. I had a few dogs that would sit in the hot tub with me. I noticed that it would help in the keep and they would recover quicker and work better. Never could get one to take a Ice bath tho.

Well I tested positive for Corona .Lost my taste and smell so went and got tested .I'm on zpack and don't feel terrible but I know I got something.So just lots of rest going on give zpack a chance to work

Speedy recovery bama ! while on the topic of coal fires .... i used to love it when i first started working to come home in the winter get me tea off me old ma and me and my old man would have a short nap infront of the blazing fire ... good days

 

People used to think I was mad because I never owned a TV, they never understood that once the fire got going and I'd poured a three finger shot of rum into a glass, a TV would only have invaded the peace, sat there with Curstopper at my feet, sometimes think it's the most peace I ever felt.

 

The simple pleasures are the best.
