She definitely got more than 1 this time around. We'll know in a week.

 

7 healthy, beautiful pups born 11-17-19. Acutally 4 born on 11/17 and 3 born on 11/18. Eh, semantics.

Momma is doing well. Pups are all vocal and eating. Won't know everyones sex until I get home from work later. Harley is very possessive of her pups so I haven't had a chance yet to check them over good.



I'm a bit shocked she had such a large litter considering she is only 30lbs and inbred both of which reduces litter size. The largest litter I've had in 2 decades. My largest ever was 9 back in 98 and that wasn't with this line of dogs.

 

I was the closest! Any the color of her?? Your red/brown dogs look the bidness to me! Good luck these next few weeks brother!

Thanks. He does look like I would expect. He is with a good friend of mine who also has his grandmother, Pumpkins bellymate sister Swartzy Houndin. I have Bagheeras brother here Max. Disco II has their brother and sister el asesino and gasolina and Chainyanker has the last female from the litter Gretchen. The only I don't have current pics on his the 2 Disco has but I'm sure we'll chat soon. That was one good looking litter. They all are shaped like Geachison was except my male Max. He's more gangly like his sire. So far I'm plenty happy with how they are all coming along. They're about 7 or 8 months old now.

AGK was wonder if any of your dogs or those you have produced have ever been in conformation shows? And if so how have they done? You have stunning pit bulldogs I must say. Keep up the good work my friend!

 

Thank you for the kind words. I have never shown dogs that way. Never even been to a conformation show. Not that wouldn't but It's pretty much impossible for me to be away from my yard for more than 24 hours and the closest shows to me is a 6 hour drive one way so I've just never had the opportunity. However, the last litter I had here I put one with a good friend of mine who shows under 3 registries, Chainyanker Kennels. This was her first year as she is only 7 months old. She's going to champ out I guarantee it.

She placed under several very reputable judges. The most noteworthy This year being Richard Garcia.

 

I figured yours would be top of the top, you should very proud that is no easy task and to be judged by schoolboy no less. You ever do any sports like weight pull? As you may know I enjoy weight pull and am part of a club and your pumpkin dog has weight pull champ written all over her. She couldn't be put together any better for a weight pull dog and I have a pretty good eye for seeing a good puller.

 

I live in an area where there isn't any clubs or anything like that anywhere close to me that puts on shows, pulls etc.. I have personally attempted, twice now, to get a ADBA sanctioned club started here as I meet their guidlines for distance between clubs and can pull together the starting governing body but I can never get the help and it's not something you can do with 10 people. Need at least 30 paying members to make it work real well, the more the better. This is a perfect area for all that kind of stuff. I am in a city that is considered a tourist area so the setting is perfect for it. 2 major highways here that go east west the other North south and they crisscross in the heart of the city. The area is, while I hate it here, does have many attractions, as well as many hotels, motels air BnBs etc and is a really beautiful area the 2 days a year we have nice whether. Lol.

It really is a perfect place to host shows of many kinds. Could try to work to get Red Becker, Wardog, Pa Combine, and quite a few others to judge, can also bring in some pretty well known folks to judge from other areas as well. I've planned it out many times. Just can't seem to get it off the ground and running. It's been a goal of mine for the last 12 years bro.
