Im pretty interested in this dog from Ak-47 kennel Russia

Hey guys I have found a breeder in Thailand and he has imported a female from Russia Ak-47 kennel .

Issue is I can only recognize a Pure Pit as long it has a certain type of structure.or say I'm a fan of certain type of structure.this female doesn't looks like a sort of spring* in back.I mean I can't tell because of these blood line mixed in some way I guess

What do you guys think of her.I heard a Lott of praise of her but structure seems weird to my newbie eyes.I can use true advise here

U can't really be sure on structure with one picture might be a good angle might be a bad angle. If u take a picture from the floor the dog would look more leggier . From the top more squat looking

But she looks like a dog I posted before that I was told who looks like Amstaff
This one.her legs are much shorter and back is much rigid.so I want to know could she possibly have agility ,speed,stamina ,jump like old structure or she is breed for match only

Her pedigree is great.my friend and breeder praises her a Lott.so I know she is intelligent

But her legs are small and back is rigid.not springy type.that is my question.I know I do not write proper English so I can not explain well

 

why is Tom Garners name still being used 3 generation's later on that ped? It should
Have the breeders name on it and that is not Garner.

 

I guess they use it as people gets more impressed by it?

Hey my man, its not that people here cant help, they have and will continue I'm sure, its a knowledgeable group. However, many things can not be predicted from a picture or pedigree. The pedigree looks good to me, the structure looks like it could have been thrown from that ped also. Many, many different phenotype within the breed and most all of them can work. But that is almost where it ends as far as a result without hands on. "Pure" APBT doesnt grantee anything either. Can be "purest", "best" pedigree, "best" built, etc and be a complete dud when it counts. Can you see what I mean? I would want some proof of working ability. If they can not provide that, move on. Also, I'd wonder why they are selling. couple thoughts and good luck to you

 

are you thinking of buying her or something off of her? Looking at the pic on the ped, her back legs look cow hocked and kinda weak. But like other people have stated, its a picture only and doesnt mean much. Did you say you were in India or there abouts? I would think there are other working kennels, closer.

 

Like PlugUgly said, that pic does make her look cow hocked. But, pics can be deceiving. I wouldn't judge her too harshly until you see her in person.

Regardless, she's a very well bred dog.

 

@PlugUgly bro after pushing a Lott he did said he has a great female and told me about her.how intelligent she is and fast she learns.

She is well bred true.it's true different blood lines gives dogs different looks for specific parts.I know community here is very intelligent

I'm in India bro.mostly it's hard as people will not sell Pits in India for some stupid reason.
Not as we don't have doctors or food or animal lovers or who can afford

This breeder is happy to sell me a grown female.
I was talking about buying her.she has not been mated yet

I'll ask for more pics when he tests her.I'll know after weekend.they will test 2 other females.

The female you posted looks straight in the rear, meaning not much angulation of the hind leg coming down from the knee to the hock. Dogs with straight rears can be more susceptible to blown out knees and she wouldn't have as much strength for pushing off those legs as a dog with more angulation. If you just wanted to use her for breeding then it would be wise to breed her to a male with correct rear angulation and keep the pups that show correct rear angulation to use in your program. Although she is has poor conformation, she may have other traits that are worth breeding on such as ability, mouth, intelligence, etc. That being said, there are other females out there that would be closer to a total package that it may be a better investment of time and money. Ultimately the choice is yours on how choosy you are with a potential brood bitch.

the structure means very little to me. some of the best are dead "ugly". a sprung back doesn't mean much unless you want to win a dog show bro.


they sell a lot of game pits in india. but the purity of those dogs is another matter.

P.S. be careful who you rust. that dude claiming to have mayday was found out. no one is above lying over there.
