Not you too Cajun. I apologize i have been to the states only a few times i dont know how much cultural infuence it has. When i think of the states I think of Mardi Gra New Orleans, The Rebel flag, KFC (which i love but was forced to give up no one loves KFC in this world like i do), fast food with some ethnic dishes from the mexicans, Rock music, what im trying to say is I thought Americans only do American things with little influence from outside cultures. When i heard adobo it blew me away. Ignorance on my part.

Lol all American culture is is a mix of other cultures basically. You have numerous ethnic groups in the US that all still observe customs and traditions of their homelands.
