Hey there! My baby Xena recently had two sore bumps that just popped up today! I'm basically seeing if anyone knows what it could be and how can I get rid of them?

i think you don't have to go to the vet yet .
you said ...2 of them right?
now watch them close evry day ....if they don't get bigger ..do nothing.
very much possible they disapear after a cople of months .....by them self
its possible a buldog thing .
only if they gettting bigger ..go to vet .

From the picture it could be anything. I would use peroxide to clean them as it looks like it could be some infection, although not an absolute from the picture. With only seeing the pic I would say it is a bite of some sort. If it worsens I would see a vet to get it on a round of antibiotics and maybe with a further look it can be nailed down. S

Keystroke, yes there is only two! This morning, I noticed the bumps went down. If it's a bulldog thing what causes it? Sorry just new to the breed.

Could be as simple as a hot spot, which tea tree oil helps greatly. Yes, they will get infected if not treated. It is hard to tell in a tiny pic, and could even be what Keystone is trying to describe as a fatty (benign) skin tumor. Easily removed. Get a culture and be sure. Guesswork and asking people on a forum is never conclusive. Good luck.

I've used tea tree oil with great success on hot spots, Jenny. Good luck. BTW, keep her in the shade or house. I'm sure you figured that.

Best thing to avoid hotspots is look at the diet.
I have found beef ingredients and harsh grains like corn and wheat
will cause hotspots in sensitive dogs.

If you don't mind spending money get a high quality dog food
with no red meat. stick to ingredients like chicken meals and brown rice
or grain free. It may take a bit of trial and error until you find the right food.
