Hows it going from northern mn

Just joined . Got a redboy jeep jocko bitch years ago by dumd luck from a really good breeder he ended up relocating so need help ! Shes getting old . Also got a kingfish lonzo bred male good house dog but no comparison to my bitch . Up here there are no brains to pick about bloodlines and i hate calling kennels to talk about bloodlines and waste their time cause they have better things to do then babysit dummys ! Any help would be greatly appreciated ! Looking for a game breeder just for the fact about the dogs tempermaent and loyalty. Anyone can buy a pitbull but most owners dont know the difference till they own the real deal .

 

No such thing as shows in that area, treez..I was up that way for awhile n looked high n low. No good bulldogs either, lol.

Yah got her 11 years ago. Shes from juarez red bones to juarez nika . looking for something similar . the only shows up here are sled dog races . im the odd ball in my neck of the woods .

 

You're not the only Knucklehead in cold country. Northern boy here too, still can't shake these Bulldogs...

 

Do you have much luck finding good bloodlines up north . Good gamedogs ?

 

There are decent people with good dogs up here just like anywhere else. Keep searching and you may find what you are looking for.

 

Id go anywhere to get a good dog . Hard to break the ice and get your foot in the door , rightfully so ! I ve done my fair share of research and reading but i gotta get cut before i learn anything . When your dumb you gotta be tough and boy am i tuff ! Im partial to jeep redboy jocko just cause thats what i have and my only experience . So any suggestions im open !

 

I'm runnin' some STP/St. Benedicts lines, some Hermes/Gunderson throwbacks, mostly my own breeding for a few years now but I've kept em' tighter than a banjo string. Last time I had a 60lb dog it had just finished eating a 15lb cat. Getting harder and harder up here, everyone's got that blue junk (Crayola Bandogs) now, or has switched to Oldies.

 

No way will i own one of those fat color crayons . I was looking at st benedicts dogs just dont know if hes outta my league . Also what does the boomer strain add to a dog ? I spose most people that read this will wonder who this clown is lol . Well when you born and raised up here and the only experience you get is from books its a long way to be from dogmen .
