    True, but unless you work outside for a living, you could always just turn on the ac. I in turn could turn up my furnace but electric is much cheaper that gas.. I tolerate extreme heat much better than I tolerate extreme cold. I said previously though, it don't matter where you live every place has an issue or 2. I'm still moving down south lol.
