    I first heard ghost riders in the sky back in 76 when the outlaws did it. a great song and great videos too.

    Burl Ives claimed to be the first. But I would like to hear Eddy's version from the 50s. I think the one I posted here was made later on, or at least the video obviously was.

    The Shadows version I found has a disco beat, which is funny because the Shadows were surf rock back in the 1960s.
