Why does it say potato free when the 3rd ingredient is freeze dried sweet potato.:confused:

 

Because a sweet potato is not a potato. It is a top 10 super food. On the glycemic index the potato is at the top and equivelent to feeding your dog a donut. The sweet potato is at the bottom of the index and digests slowly. It is a complex carb, with a higher nutritional value than any other vegetable

I Learned something new today.lol I didn't know sweet potatos were so nutritious.

 

I personally have feed nearly all high end kibble and some mid grade kibble as well as raw in the last 10 years. This food is some of the best. For me it's a toss up between this and the Natures Variety products
