Why has no one called Indian Sonny on stealing some of the greatest dogs ever bred...We all know he did,,but i see post on how good a guy he is,,He was a DOG THIEF.. pure and simple...how many of you would welcome a person like that in your yard......

 

Well he definetly ain't the only dog theif around. And maybe it's bc it was so long ago.... I mean you ever did shit when u was younger that you look back on and wish you didn't do?

Well 90% of them dudes were dog thieves, it was damn near like the common cold.

 

Exactly, dog game never been squeaky clean lmao... Theives, paper hangers, liars,cheats the game has had it's fair share of all. Here's best way I can put it.... I got a friend that likes to rob right, he would rob dam near anybody, but he ain't ever took shit from me.... Now if a mufucca stole dogs from me I'd be fuckin mad and do something about it.... With that being said idk if he stole any dogs or not, but if he did steal dogs per se you still don't know reasons and facts behind it.

 

He coulda tool them dogs cuz he was owed something ya never know.... Hell he coulda bought em and they not been sent and he went and got em and then somebody cried foul

 

Just because others did it does it make it right? Suppose it was your dog that he stole I'm sure you wouldn't make excuses for him. Just sayin.

 

Where the proof he stole dog's? He had enough visitors to his yard in day's gone by, that I would have expected a least one person to show a photo of one of these stolen dog's on his property.
We all know he had dog's stolen from him, Indian Bolio being the most famous.

 

He had a damn good hiding spot in the wide open. Many of people visited his yard. Seen his dogs, pups etc. They knew where he lived so if they felt he stole a dog then they had opportunity. They say Indian stole Eli, they say Floyd stole Eli. Shit PP admitted to stealing Bolio and nothing happened. I can pretty much attest that from personal dealings, with folks of all kinds that the full story never was told. Most didnt care to get out a full story either because those involved knew. A few years back, there was a GrCh, not an ace but a good dog, he was bred real good as well. Well he was bought after his 3rd and made GrCh with another camp. The new owner had agreement that if dog made GrCh he would give such n such amount. Well after making GrCh he had some personal issues, well his partner got the dog. Partner had the dog for some time bred him and sold pups and got stud fees but the balance was never paid. Well that GrCh throws an awesome litter bred to one of the bitches that came down with him in the package deal. 4 pups, 3 2xs and 1 that was going. Well old owner decides that its time to pay up, guy doesnt have money or so he said. Well old owner takes 1 2x, the one tha was going and the mom who was pregnant again. Guy goes around telling everybody the dogs were stolen. If you didnt know better than you would believe him until you found out that he had debt that he either refused to pay or had excuses why he couldnt pay the money that was agreed upon. Well old owner settled the debt, since he couldnt get his money, he took payment in dogs.

 

See that's what I meant.... You can't know until you know whole story...nobody ever tells whole story of why shit happens the way it did.... I got no reasons to make excuses... Hell I don't knw the man....

 

I think it's a safe assumption to make that he stole Pit General, and that Jessie's Midnight was off of him. Those dogs look unlike any other line of dog I have ever seen. It could be Don just wanted credit for Midnight making his grand championship status as he had a reputation for doing that sort of thing, but I believe him in this instance.

 

If anyone has more on the topic, please elaborate.

 

Why would mayfield need credit he bred lots of great dogs I don't get why people say he needed credit for anything really.

And about pit general yes indian sonny did end up with him roland fontenot was supposed to be the person who actually stole him don found out himself that indian sonny had him in the end I'm pretty sure even danny burton knew this too.But regardless indian sonny got out of dogs for a few years and came back with black dogs from general ect. And yes those dogs DO NOT LOOK LIKE ANYTHING ELSE those very heavy tudor dogs look different to the part if You were looking in a yard full of dogs You could spot the dog that looked different.

From what don said the breeding of midnight was a combination of pit general eli and the best of the corvino blood the stuff joe corvino kept private as apparently Joe corvino had 2 yards one which he would sell dogs from the other which he kept.
But those dogs are different very unique that type is something found in the pure mayfield dogs too which as i understand there is not much left now but the midnight dogs are very alike the heavy dibo dogs anyone who has ever seen these dogs will know what i'm talking about.

It's a shame people do such things dog theft imo is a very cowardly act the lowest of the low really.

And yeah its also pretty common knowledge that bolio was a stolen dog which patrick ended up with.

but for one man to have eli and pit general is crazy 2 of the best dogs of all times really and both were stolen and both ended up on his yard i guess that shows you the kindof person who would do that

 

Did Indian Pistol exist? Because Midnight resembled Indian Pistol as well. And Don sure knew alot about the make up of the other blood in Midnight besides the 'Pit General' blood. Wonder how he knew it was eli and corvino?

 

So if somebody was snitching on dogmen but not you he would still be your best friend too?

 

I dont know the man myself but u came off like stealing is a normal thing to do where you live and it is certainly not regardless he did or not.

 

Nah I mean to me snitchin is jus diff... I gots no love for a snitch.... Tellin on another to save your own ass is diff than executing street justice for a wrong did to you

 

Now stealing ain't normal... If you look I said he might have took them but he might have been owed something... That being said yea if you owe me or somebody I run with and you owe us.... We coming to collect that's just life.... All I'm saying is IF he did take dogs who's to say there wasn't a reason.... Cause the whole story is never told

 

I don't know the guy, don't know the backstory or any of that.. But if someone steals from you and you know it and you are pissed enough to tell someone and don't do anything.... That's pussy shit in my book
