Sometimes i feel like my drawings are getting worse and worse... But there's been other times i've felt that way and than i've drawn something i was actually proud of... I think this one is good enough to post..But i am disappointed in it

Very nice!

Just my opinion, as I can't draw to save my life anyhow, but from my stand point, I only see the following small flaws:

1.) the front of the lower jaw. It kind of looks like there are two jaw lines or something
2.) The top of the back side of the shoulder line looks a little high..

Other than that, I think you did an amazing job! I sure as hell wish that I could draw something more than stick men.

Keep it up! You should also post some of your prior work! I'm always a fan of any drawing.

some constructive criticism.

Work on your perspective. If you look at the head the nose isnt looking right then the neck is too short for the difference in orientation between the head and the rest of the body.

Work on your shading. The rough tones of your shading makes the drawing look like a sketch. If you are trying to give the impression of a more refined drawing, start by lightly shading the body then finely work yourself through all the tones to give a more refined impression.

 

You have some-thing.....i would def keep at it,,,not bad,,better than most.

 

It look's good you can tell what breed of dog it is, alittle more practice and it will look even better keep it up.

 

it actually is meant to be more of a sketch, i can and have done better shading, but recently have only been doing sketches, .... cause i don't really have the time to sit and work on something like i use to, but thanks for the critique.

 

I'll post some more "finished" things as well as other sketches in a day or two...
