    the best springpole like work i've seen was a weightlifting band with a hide attached, tied to a wall at dogs head height, the dog worked the hide with all four feet on the ground, always thought it was a better conditioning tool than hanging.

    i only work dogs with 2 or 4 feet on the ground, never hanging high, in this configuration there are 2 feet on the ground most of the time, but the set-up you talk about seems very interesting

    looks like he's having fun . but i would cut some weight so he does'nt have a heat stroke playing . seen it happen a few times . the longer he's on there the heat he gets . and damn he has a nice head .
