    Has any one herd of these staffs from the past there all in my mates stafford a few years ago he died at 12 so was a fair few years ago they was suppose to been good ones but am shit with names and pedal any info would be great ??

    I had a bitch out of game lad i think he went back to the raparree dog and also had a dog out of iron stones pied pirate, must have been 25+ years ago.

    So I take it u like that blood jacko my mate keeps telling me about his old dogs and how good they all was
    he will like to no there still some about
    His best he said was buska x candyan lady candia ( that's a tounge twister)

    In 1984 does this sound right he said buska was a well known badger dog back in the day

    Yes mate I believe so sorry for the spelling fokes my mate is trying to tell me about all the blood lines and that over txt message and I don't no much about other dogs peds and blood lines I just like old worker to worker and wars behind my dogs still a lot to learn about others but I no there plenty of fokes here that knows there stuff

    He got his dog from a chap called brian mglacens (spelling again ) and said he owned busker ?? He said he was a good dog man and was good to him and well known for his staffs

    I have also heard that the rapparee line were a good line of sbt, does anyone know if they are still being bred, I have looked and can't find any?

    He seems to think there still good ones in Liverpool area most of his mates keep betchgreen and I think there a fair few around but I herd they was kc show type but my friend says not ???

    I know they were kc show dogs but also heard they were matched in the early days. Is this true?

    Was told this by a guy who around those dogs in the early 80s; the guy (no need for names) who owned the Betchgreen prefix tested all his dogs in the early days. Some quit but where still bred. They were all from KC stock..

    One dogs name that comes to mind is rapperee renagade, was this just a show dog or was it also matched?

    My mate said his old mate still see's the man and he said one called monty lost but still wasn't a curr by far he said none quit losing and quiting are diff but as said he is in love with the line so .....

    I went to Liverpool to see some of these dogs in the 90,s if its the same man he owned a paper shop.

    Forgot to say they were big strong dogs, but if i wanted a show bred dog i would of had one of those.

    They were both midlands breeders and are show bred.

    He knows there show bred now but were talking in 1984 mate

    I'll ask if he had a paper shop pal
