My dog's grandsire has some termite in his ped ....

my only issue with jake the snake was there was alot of issues if he was breed that way...imo i dont beleve he was but hey who knows

 

Yeah I don't know to me he looks like a yellow dog but I don't know anything else about him ...

 

i think hes based off some other stuff they had namely the millers redman n jacobs whip stuff

 

Do you know if he was a good dog? I see he's a CH so I am just curious if you know much about him?

 

Also I went looking and found a second ped for him did STP own him at one point?

 

Is the williams bozack dog still alive??

Termite is a modern favorite of mine, I like a good heavy Jocko bred dog so in this way I'm bias... Sadie, you and I had a good long talk on bozack and crew, that dog has some spectacular genetics, you know I still say you have the southern family rednosed dogs
The speculation on Jake is no more than the speculation on Tudors Nigger, who came about from a yella stud. I've always seen solid black dogs and solid yella dogs associated with Jocko, Alligator, some of patricks stuff and the old mayfield stuff; so its no surprise to me especially when I've seen one yella dog in a litter of black tri's myself, just means theres a dilution or rather a particular marker for that trait combined with another dominant trait that just happens to lay dormant. OR the dog got knocked up by TWO sires and 1-3 pups belong to the later sire. Thats the only honest theory that will hold water.. (which very well could be some truth to this)
Red is tricky because it can become black but carry mostly red, compare to the people of India that have NO African affiliation. Undiluted black is very hard to come by, seems boudreaux had it but even his came down from yella old blind billy. If a genetic marker is re exposed to an old factor there's no telling how its going to catalyst the breeding, you all know that. How many solid black dogs with a pedigree like Termites have you seen compared to yella dogs? Patricks black dogs same way and it all has to do with that one litter where recessives became dominant in one dog because of your catalyst, that one dog will change the line forever if used while his siblings do not, you all have seen this, I know.

 

Thats all true plenty of black dogs have thrown buckskin dogs.

LOL he's bred out the ass alright never heard of him but that pedigree looks outstanding LOL

 

ya i noticed that this Podnah kennels recently posted all these peds on sum really nice bred termite dogs and a bunch of 3 plus time winners but i never heard of him or these dogs before but dam if this kennels is legit they got some of the best termite bred dogs around.

ummm no the issue comes from if hes off booger or not since the owner of booger was killed and then lockjaw d took over the dogs and didnt know alot on the peds of the dogs and a few other things i wont get into on here
