adjusting the height on your springpole

    Anyone has a trick that makes adjusting the height on a springpole easy? I know I'm not the only lazy mofo looking for a shortcut.

    i use a pully attached above the spring so i can pull the spring higher or lower accordingly then tie off on to something near by
